    Welcome to the farmingfriends website. Poultry and waterfowl generally incubate their eggs during the Spring and Summer months. What time of year is it with you? I like in the UK. A goose will continue laying eggs until they have a clutch of eggs to sit on. If your goose is ready to incubate the eggs they will start to sitting on the eggs for a long period of time. Are you taking the eggs away or are you leaving them for her? She will continue to lay if the eggs are being removed. She will start to sit once she has enough to comfortably sit on.
    I hope your goose is getting ready to sit and incubate her eggs. What breed is the goose?

  2. Can you tell me if my goose is incubating or just laying eggs to get ready to incubate..she has a big well built nest..but only sits a few hrs at a time? for last few weeks? is she just getting eggs laid?will she set all day when incubating?
