My Khaki Campbell ducks and drake enjoy most weather. they like to run and splash about when it is raining and they like to sit in the sun and shade on a sunny day.
If you like the look of these khaki campbell ducks and drake and fancy raising and keeping some your self then why not purchase the khaki campbell duck eggs for hatching.
Do you keep ducks, if so what breed are they and do you have any photos you would like to share or advice and tips on raising and keeping ducks that you could give us? Please leave a comment if you want to share your duck photos or tips and advice. I look forward to reading it.
Hey.
I would like to send me 24 eggs to the north of Spain ..
Conytacto please get in with me. Greetings.
Hi Kelly,
thanks for dropping by and leaving your question. You can tell the gender from 5 weeks onwards in some ducks http://farmingfriends.com/identifying-ducks-and-drakes/ but I only realised I had a drake when the drake moulted and then his head changed to a green colour and this was at about 13 weeks that I knew I had the drake. At this point I could really distinguish the call of the drake from the ducks as his was very raspy and the ducks was a definate quack! http://farmingfriends.com/my-khaki-campbell-ducks-and-a-drake/
Hope this helps. the eggs are lovely so hope you get some soon.
Just to let you know that I set up a free forum with a section on ducks http://farmingfriends.com/forums/forum.php?id=5
Kind regards

Do you remember about what age you could tell you had a drake? I have 5 Khakis and I’m pretty sure they are female. Haven’t seen a green head or curled tail yet. So hoping they are female as I want eggs bad!
