Barbecuing The Blue Pig Company’s Pork Products
Had a barbecue yesterday and decided to test out the pork products from The Blue Pig Company. We put some pork chops, pork steaks and classic pork sausages on the BBQ and the results were great.

- Needs to be thinly sliced to be tender when cooked on the BBQ.

- Meaty taste.

- Easy to cut where steak was thinly sliced.
- Suitable for cooking on the BBQ when thinly sliced.

- Browned very well.
- Browned evenly.
- Great tangy taste.
- Everyone’s favourite.
