		<description>Does a Quail egg start developing when it is first hatch? or does it start developing when the kmother starts to sit on it(them)?
Because my quail has been sitting on them for a week and a half wyhen will they by dew to hatch?

Thanks for your enquiry, I know that yopu can eat japanese quail eggs so I am assuming you can eat chinese painted quail eggs. I know that most eggs are edible.

I had 9 but Becky has died now my little brother (2) picked her up by the throat she survived for 3 days afterwards all the eggs he smashed he is only 2 but it was awfull I now have locks on my room I had eight quail then i brought 1 more then becky died then i had 8 again I have 4 chinese painted 2males 2 females and 4 japanese quail 1 male (3) and 3 females can James(japanese male) still breed??
