Thanks for taking the time to ask about this. Yes there is a search facility on the http://www.farmingfriends.com website half way down the right hand sidebar.

Here is a link to the balsamic tomatoes recipe. http://farmingfriends.com/balsamic-tomatoes/

Are you going to use the recipe?

    Kind regards

  3. Thanks Sara

I suppose I should have realised the box saying 'type & hit enter' was the one. Thanks for the recipe - just what I was after!
Going to try your lemon cheesecake next!

Mmm just made my first cake with duck eggs! Delicious!

We like a moist cake. Heres one you can adapt VERY easily by adding different extra ingredients to taste.
sorry the weights are in oz, (i use one of those old fashioned scales)

    Bramley and cinnamon cake

    6oz wholemeal self raising flour
4oz soft brown sugar (or any other sugar)
4 oz marg - (i use olive spread cos thats what i have)
    2 duck eggs!
1 bramley apple peeled and cubed
    1/2 tsp cinnamon.

    Extra ingredients
You can also add chopped walnuts or handful of sultanas or both.
mix sugar and marg together in a bowl. add eggs and then quickly add flour to stop mixture from curdling. Add fruit and cinnamon.
pop in a pre heated oven at 150c for about 45 mins or until knife comes out clean.

Also lovely heated up later with a dash of custard!

    Enjoy!
