freezing broad beans

    Hi
    We are busy freezing broad beans - but I still prefer blanching them first. Does anyone else have problems with the beans if they put them straight in the freezer?

    Hi Topveg,
    I have just checked my Beginners Guide To Home Freezing by Mary Norwak and she says to blanche the broad beans first.
    Hope that helps.
