We bought six ducklings, they're a couple months old now. About two weeks ago, one of the duckings tripped, rolled, and injured himself. The vet said he had suffered head trauma and brain swelling. I've been keeping him isolated and nursing him back to health and he looks alot better now, but not 100%.. YET. I know he gets lonely in a cage isolated on his own so I tried reintroducing him to the rest today. However, it appears that they sometimes peck at him and even push him. Are these signs of aggression?

Yes a little, he is a stranger to them now and as such will become the lowest in the pecking order until he can find his feet. Do you have a couple of nice tempered lady ducks you could put with him for the time being - seperating them by wire netting - so that they can still interact but keep him safe until he is well again. If he settles with them then give them a part of the shed together or a seperate house so he is not lonely. Get them feeding and swimming together and doing everyday things will help his recouperation, just like us. :)
    Good luck
