Hi Tony,
I am sorry to hear they didn't hatch. There are lots of reasons why chicks are fully formed and do not hatch.
http://farmingfriends.com/reasons-why-fully-formed-chicks-may-not-hatch-out/
* Improper storage of eggs whereby the eggs become too cold.
* Eggs not turned correctly.
* Temperature incorrect – too low or too high.
* Humidity incorrect – too low throughout incubation.
* Improper ventilation.
* Infection or disease.
* Poor diet or poorly conditioned breeding stock.
This website may help with info about golden pheasants as I think they breed them http://www.allandoopheasantry.com/golden_pheasant.html
Kind regards
