   collected the eggs this morning from daisy sausage & muffin 3 eggs. Then an hour later i noticed another in the garden where sausage. is it possible for a duck to lay 2 eggs in 1 day?

   Hi, Yes it has been known to happen and think at least one member has seen it . I have seen it happen with chooks and geese .Mama

   Hi Debbie,
   I have had this same thing recently with mine, usually th second egg is a soft one with no shell.

   has happened lots with my girls more so when they first start laying, it takes 48 hours from the start off an egg to it being layed so understandable sometimes, you may find you are one short tomorrow
