hi everyone, any idea what i can safely use to number my fertile duck eggs. I have 6 under my broody pekin chicken but would like to number them to keep track when i candle them. pencil wears off under the chicken. many thanks. x

Hi Tracey, I bought a sharpie pen permanent marker as everything else dissappeared .It is non toxic and sure you can get them as I ordered mine from the uk .Mama

I used a sharpie too and all mine little fellas are just fine.

i used a pencil on the pointy end and that didnt come off.

well i havent been able to find any sharpies so might try on the pointy end with the pencil, thanks all for the help. x
