don't turn it and don't crack it open it can be dangerous, it can take them 3 days to hatch

leave the egg on its side

I'm new to this myself but thats what I would do

  3. Agree ^^ I turned my eggs whenever i could (6-10times a day) but once they reached 18 days old I never turned them.
When they start hatching, leave them to it! Don't crack the eggshell for them to come out, they will do that first step themselves :)
But if after a long time, they still haven't hatched and theres no progress, I would give a helping hand, but only then.
Also increase the humdity of the incubator for the last 3 days :)
    Hope that helps!

  4. Oh wait, sorry just realise we're in the ducks section! lol
I think its somewhat similar, but takes a few more days for them to hatch rather then the 21days for chickens.
Someone will most likely answer your question properly soon :)
