What do you do with your duck eggs?

(3 posts)

  1. Hi there,
Just to a topic to say what do you all do with your duck eggs: Scrambled? Omelette? Pickled duck eggs? Cakes?
We're currently having quite a few eggs and wondering what else we could do to them. At the moment, been making lovely duck omelette and have noticed how lovely chocolate brownies taste with duck eggs too!!

Morning... scrambled egg would be our main use for duck eggs, although my son loves them boiled and fried. I do most of my baking with them and also find that mixed with chicken eggs, they make a lovely egg sandwich filling!
You could always make some quiches or egg flans etc as that uses a lot!
    Happy cooking!
