Hi, I haven't been on the forum in ages! I have just hatched some frizzle chicks from eggs I purchased over the internet and wanted to know if anyone knows much about them and their frizzling - at what age do you normally start to see the frizzling? The rooster and the hens are all frizzle as the breeder sent me photos, so I think I may get some frazzles (that's the term from an Australian site that I visited for the double frizzle gene), don't know if it's the same in the UK?

    Thanks,

    Ursula

  2. Hi Ursula,

Good to hear from you. I haven't got experience with frizzle hens but found this link which may be of help.

Thanks Sara, I'll try to get some photos on while they are still just fluff balls and have a look at the link. Then I'll track their feather growth to see what happens.

    Thanks,

    Ursula
