  2. Hi Emmanuel,
Mine have only just started to lay, only had one or two eggs in the hut, they maybe laying in the nettles and hedgerows but haven't found their nest site yet, although could still be too early for my lot as mine are not young guinea fowl.
    Hope you find someone.
    kind regards

Can anyone tell me do I add water to my incubator for guinea eggs and if so how much do I add? Thank you

  5. The humidity should be around 75-80% humidity for guinea eggs.

You can tell humidity using a hygrometer which you can purchase from a pet store of in the reptile section of the local department store. You may also be able to find one in the lawn and garden section with the outdoor thermometers.

    Hi Emmanuel,

If you are still looking for eggs I could post some to you, I sent 24 up to Yorkshire last week and have 24 in my incubator. The fertility rate is good, 2 candled clear(infertile) and 1 stopped developing but the rest are coming along well.

    Hi Emmanuel,

Always happy to supply hatching eggs when we have them. I ask £1 per egg plus £5.60 p&p for any number up to 24. My Guineas lay 8 eggs per day but we normally lose one or two to rooks etc so 24 is the right amount to get them shipped without being too old. I have a nice mix of colours including white, lavender and royal purple.

Our birds are only a year old and free range all day and are producing good sized eggs. If you let me know how many you would like and your email address I can send you a Paypal request for payment.

    best regards
