My ducklings are a week old today and some of the bigger ones are really bending their tails up towards their heads.
Does this have anything to do with their sex, drakes for example. I'm sure not or it would be mentioned before now but it is fascinating to see them grow so quickly.
think both sexes can do that, some people think the beak can be a clue to sex, they think if the top of the beak where it joins the head is a sharp v shape its a drake where its more u shape its a girl, its only a theory though and not proven in every case,
I bet you are having so much fun with them, shame about the rotton weather though
