bleeding legs! please help

    i am new at raising quail.have hatched 300.am losing them due to pecking each other on the legs,and they have droopy feathers.what am i doing wrong?

  2. hello sorry to hear you are losing so many quail, it sounds like hatching to many at once was your problem, they may be to cramped or boredem is making them peck at each other and once one has an injury the others will peck at it even more

    Hi it sounds like perhaps there is not enough space or enough stimulation to distract them. Also lighting and temperature may be an issue.
