    Hi Guys,
Just curious, as most of you know, I have 1x drake trout indian runner-Machine, and 2x trout indian runner ducks-Pixie and Florence. Every day I go out and there are different coloured eggs, pink and blue, I dont know who is laying which colour, but both ducks look identical, and sometimes the eggs are very very blue or very very pale? Why is this? Very curious. I used to have a Khaki Campbell and I thought it was her that laid the different colour, now she has passed away, its definatly the runners!!
    Bizarre.
    Thank you for your help

  2. Hi Laura,
I have read that indian runner duck eggs are white, off-white, blue, or light green in colour.
My khaki campbells lay white eggs.
I wonder if they become very pale if they are needing more calcium or some other nutrient in their diet?
    Kind regards
