Hi David,
Thanks for the congratulations. I’ll let you know how the show turns out as I haven’t seen it yet. I don’t know if you can get it on DVD, but I am sure it will be on BBC iPlayer.
I like Greek cooking. Did I tell you that I used to learn greek? But I can’t remember too much now. I have found my photos of the Troodos mountains so will scan them in and send some to you.

Congratulations on your impending appearance on Ready Steady Cook. It was a great favourite with me when I was in UK. Will you be able to get a CD of the show as I know quite a few people in Cyprus who would like to see it. We are currently getting cds of Tonia Buxton in her Greek Kitchen courtesy of The Cyprus Weekly so I think there will be quite a bit of interest here
