Selling Quail Eggs For Eating

When selling quail eggs you don’t need to date stamp the quail eggs as the stamp doesn’t show up on the eggs but on your packaging you should have the address/area where the eggs were produced and you need a best before date. There is no legislation on dating quail eggs but hen eggs have a best before date of 3 weeks. I put 2 and a half weeks on my quail eggs as the shells are a bit thinner.
