I recently planted some nasturtium seeds purchased for a mere 19p, a bargain. I was delighted when the seeds germinated and produced lovely plants with beautiful flowers. The nasturtiums are now flowering and they provide a splash of colour in the veg garden.

I am delighted to have bluebells growing in the orchard this year. I have quite a few clumps of bluebells in amongst the nettles and trees!

I did a seed swop with Lucy @ Smallest Smallholding (thanks Lucy) and one of the seed varieties she sent me were sweetpea. Sweetpeas always remind me of my Grandparents and particularly my Grandad who always had sweetpeas growing at the cottage they lived in when I was growing up.
